I recently made this kheer for a satsang at my home, and it was loved by everyone. To keep it allergy-friendly for kids, I skipped the nuts, but it was still rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. This dessert feels indulgent yet light and comes together much faster than traditional slow-cooked kheer.
