Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup crumbled paneer
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 1-2 chopped green chillies
- chopped cilantro
- chopped ginger
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp amchoor
- Whole Wheat flour dough
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients except the flour.
Heat the tawaa or a frying pan. Take a portion of the dough and shape into a ball between the palms. Then with the help of the rolling pin, roll it into a small circle. Add a table spoon of the paneer mixture and bring all the ends together to shape into a ball again.
Using a rolling pin, roll it out until you get a desired shape and thickness.
Place the rolled out dough on the hot tawaa and let it cook for a couple of minute before turning onto the other side. Then give it another 2 mins to cook and put a teaspoon of olive or canola oil and shallow fry it on the pan. Parathas are ready to eat.
Serve hot with plain yoghurt and your favorite pickle.
