They say breakfast is an important meal of the day, but I never used to think that. I used to never eat breakfast before I got married. My breakfast use to be a cup of coffee, that also in the car while driving to work. I still don’t eat big breakfast during the week days, sometimes on the weekends I try to sit down and eat it peacefully. Today I am bringing one of the breakfast essentials, which is Oven Roasted Breakfast Potatoes.
My daughter loves to eat breakfast like her dad. When I go to work on Saturdays, Dad makes a big breakfast for the kids which will include eggs, potatoes, pancakes, or toast. Is breakfast a big thing in your family too? Do you all like to eat breakfast like a king as they say? What is your family favorite?
Do share it with me, may be this way I get to learn too. So lets get to the recipe which is simple and quick to put together. Hopefully you all will enjoy it as much as we did..
